How long does it take to receive my plan?
Once you complete your questionnaire, your personalized roadmap
is delivered within 48 hours for Compass Starter and Compass
Plus. Compass Coaching includes a scheduled 45-minute video call
arranged at a time that works for you.
What is your refund policy?
If we haven't started preparing your personalized materials, you
can request a refund. Because our packages involve personal
review and written work, refunds are limited once that work has

Do you guarantee a job?
No. Yachting Compass provides coaching and career preparation,
not guaranteed employment. We help you prepare properly, make
stronger decisions and improve your chances of finding work, but
hiring decisions are always made by employers.
Do I need previous experience?
No previous yacht experience is required. Our guidance is
designed for people starting from scratch as well as those with
transferable experience from hospitality, trades or other
fields. We help you understand how your background fits.

Yes. Our guidance works for candidates around the world. We help
