If you have paid for a package but we have not yet started preparing your personalized materials, you can request a full refund.
After work begins
Because our packages involve personal review and written work, refunds are limited once we have started. If you are unhappy, contact us and we will do our best to put things right.
Coaching calls
Scheduled video calls can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. A missed call without notice may not be refundable.
No guarantee of outcomes
Refunds relate to the delivery of our services only. We do not guarantee employment or specific results, so refunds are not based on whether you find a job.
